This policy explains what we collect when you order from Oditiyo and how we use it.
What we collect
- About you (the buyer): name, country, phone number and email address.
- About the recipient: name, mobile number and delivery address in Bangladesh, and their email address if you choose to give it for a gift message.
- The order: products, any gift message and delivery note, and the payment method. We do not see or store card numbers — online payments are handled by the payment provider.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order, and to send order emails.
- To share the recipient’s name, phone and address with our delivery partner — only what is needed to deliver.
- To send your gift message to the recipient, when you ask us to.
- We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as the law requires for accounting. Messages sent through the contact form are deleted when they are no longer needed.
